Mix 1 tbs. (11g) of White Chia seed with plenty of water or sprinkle on food for additional Omegas. Add to smoothies, yoghurt, cereal, salads, or baked goods. To store, keep in a cool dry place and press air out of the pouch and seal tightly. Keep out of reach of children. ORAC value per 100g of White Chia is approximately 8000 ORAC units.
